Positive Youth Development Training Estes Park

This approach focuses on building authentic relationships with youth to successfully help them acquire the knowledge and skills they need to become healthy and productive adults. During this six hour training, participants will review adolescent development, learn the key components of the evidence-based PYD model, and learn how to integrate this approach into new or current efforts. Participants will also be invited to rethink cultural perceptions of youth and to analyze how their community and organization organizes services, programs, and opportunities for young people.

Those desiring to engage youth, youth‐serving professionals, youth providers and anyone else interested in youth health and well‐being are encouraged to attend.
