Leslie Bridger is a transformational speaker, author, health and wellness coach, meditation guide, and nature photographer dedicated to helping others awaken their innate ability to heal and thrive—body, mind, and spirit. With warmth, wisdom, and deep compassion, she guides audiences to reconnect with their authentic selves and remember who they truly are.
After surviving a near-death experience in 2005, Leslie knows she is here—very much Alive & Thriving—to help awaken millions to their Divine magnificence, while they are still living.
