Join us for the Happy BIRTH Day Club, a monthly gathering to inspire confidence, foster positivity and build a supportive community for pregnant folk of all stages of pregnancy. You can relax while you build connections with people like you.
Together we’ll come together in circle to share experiences, ideas and visions for birth and parenthood all while cultivating a deep sense of connection, positivity and empowerment.
You’ll experience time to share your own journeys, engage in insightful conversations through our topic discussions, spend some time journaling, and enjoy a guided meditation to help relieve any anxiety and promote a sense of positivity for your pregnancy and birth.
All pregnant folk are welcome, no matter where you are (or have been) on your path to parenthood. Together we’ll create a positive vision of birth that’s uplifting, calm and full of possibility.
