Together we’ll come together in circle to share experiences, ideas and visions for birth and parenthood all while cultivating a deep sense of connection, positivity and empowerment.
You’ll experience time to share your own journeys, engage in insightful conversations through our topic discussions, spend some time journaling, and enjoy a guided meditation to help relieve any anxiety and promote a sense of positivity for your pregnancy and birth.
All pregnant folk are welcome, no matter where you are (or have been) on your path to parenthood. Together we’ll create a positive vision of birth that’s uplifting, calm and full of possibility.
