About this Event

Positioning to Win: The Listing Blueprint is a small-group real estate strategy session intentionally limited to approximately 18–20 agents who want to sharpen their listing strategy and operate at a higher level in today’s market.


This is not a large seminar or lecture-style event. The goal is to create a focused room of professionals where meaningful strategy conversations can happen.

If you’re a new, mid-level, or experienced agent looking to win more listings, better understand market data, and present stronger value to seller clients, this session is designed for you.


During this session, we will explore practical strategies for securing listings, strengthening your seller presentations, and using market data more effectively in client conversations and listing presentations.


The keynote presentation will be delivered by mortgage and commercial lender Qusai Rasheed, who brings a unique data- and systems-driven perspective to the real estate industry.


The strategies and frameworks featured in this session are researched and developed by Stacy A. González, Team Lead and host of the session, based on real-world experience working with clients, securing listings, and building structured approaches to positioning and strategy in today’s evolving real estate market.


Because this session is intentionally limited to a small group of agents, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and engage in deeper conversations around listing strategy, market positioning, and business growth.


Participants will also receive downloadable materials, PDFs, and take-home resources designed to help implement these strategies immediately.

Keynote Speaker


Qusai Rasheed is a mortgage and commercial lender with over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data systems. His background allows him to leverage real-time data, analytics, and market intelligence to help real estate professionals make more informed and strategic decisions.


He also brings over a decade of experience building enterprise-grade, mission-critical technology systems within the mortgage industry. Formerly a data center principal and technology executive, Qusai specialized in designing redundant infrastructure and managing one of Fort Worth’s largest carrier interconnection facilities. This experience informs his strategy-first approach to lending and deal structuring.


By applying his background in coding, commercial lending analysis, and cloud-based automation, he streamlines the loan process and anticipates underwriting challenges before they become delays. With certifications in Generative AI, Document AI, and Data Science, he integrates modern technology with regulatory expertise including TILA and RESPA to help borrowers and agents close efficiently and confidently.


Qusai works across a wide range of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, bank statement loans, DSCR investor financing, jumbo loans, and solutions for self-employed or non-traditional income borrowers.


His core strengths include structuring deals that others dismiss too early, anticipating underwriting issues before they arise, leveraging data-driven insights to guide market strategy, and maintaining clear communication with agents and borrowers throughout the transaction process.

Host


Stacy A. González — “The People’s Agent” — is a bilingual Texas REALTOR® with Lion Drive Realty, serving Crosby, Atascocita, Humble, Baytown, and the Greater Houston area.


She specializes in creative finance and foreclosure solutions, representing sellers, buyers, investors, and builders across residential properties, lots and land, small multifamily, and light commercial opportunities. Her approach combines strong negotiation, market analysis, and financing strategy to structure deals effectively for clients and investors.


Prior to real estate, Stacy served as a Texas legislative staffer in the Texas House of Representatives as Director of Communications and District Manager, gaining extensive experience in leadership, communications, and public engagement.


She began her career in sales and business development at age 18, helping multiple Fortune 500 companies reach the number one position within their districts through strategic sales performance and leadership.


In addition, Stacy has coached and consulted startups in Silicon Valley, helping companies navigate the incubator phase and advance into subsequent stages of investment, funding, and growth.


She also founded and scaled a marketing firm where she managed a team of four full-time employees and rapidly grew the business within its first three months.


Today, Stacy brings her combined experience in sales strategy, business development, marketing, negotiation, and leadership into the real estate industry, helping clients and professionals operate with stronger positioning, clearer strategy, and better results in the marketplace.
