About this Event

PoSH Act is mandatory for all companies to follow. It is an act which requires regular training and review. The training need falls in 3 categories:

a. Employee Sensitisation

b. Training and maintenance of the Internal Committee

c. Training of the management to ensure smooth adherence of PoSH at all levels.

This is not a one time effort and requires continuous intervention.

This program is a one day refresher on PoSH for executives in companies where implementation of PoSH is still at its nacent stage. This program will help you to set up your PoSH compliance system.
