Welcome to Poses at the Plaza! Join us for a refreshing yoga session led by Alison Galvan, owner of EnergyXFitness, at The Spa Plaza San Antonio's Oasis Lawn. This in-person event offers the perfect chance to relax and stretch in a stunning outdoor environment. Whether you're an experienced yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome. Bring your mat and prepare to strike a pose with us! Namaste.

(Please bring your own Yoga Mat. If you don't have one, we have a select amount for rental.)
