Pose & Paint: a yoga and painting workshop

Enjoy gentle and restorative yoga as you create your own work of art!

Students will be encouraged to paint intuitively, letting go of any pre-conceived ideas of what their efforts will produce.

As each layer of paint dries, gentle yoga sequences and yummy restorative poses will be performed.

You will go home with your artwork and new sense of creativity!
