🍦🌈 Gluten-Free Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Ice Cream – A Love-filled Collaboration with Posana! 🌈🍦
We are thrilled to announce this special release with our friends at Posana in downtown Asheville! This flavor is inspired by their famous gluten-free cheesecake, complete with pomegranate fig molasses, citrus salad, and candied Marcona almonds.
There is way more love to this collaboration than just a delicious ice cream... Posana’s pastry chef, Lex Walton, and The Hop’s lead ice cream maker, Kim Walton, are not only confectionery partners in this project, but also sweet partners in life. And to celebrate them and their shared sugary passion we are releasing this ice cream in conjunction with this year's Blue Ridge Pride Festival!
Both The Hop and Posana have been proud supporters of Asheville’s LGBTQ+ community for years, and we can't think of a better way to mark the occasion!
