Family Portrait sessions are designed to represent the unique and various aspects of your family. Sessions are taken outdoors in an environment where you are encouraged to connect with one another in the natural environment. Tender moments between family members are led by the photographer in order to capture the true essence of your family. Various poses of the family are taken within the time frame and include directed candid portraits (no camera eye contact), standard posed portraits (with camera eye contact), individual children's portraits, sibling portraits, and portraits between parents.**This is for the $50 non-refundable deposit only. The $50 will be reduced from the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be based on the package you select and the amount is due on the date of the session. **
There are two packages available:
15 minute session with 5 digital images for up to 4 people only for $150. This session is recommended for smaller families with older children or families with teenagers.
30 minute session with 12 digital images for up to 6 people max for only $275. For more than 6 people, please add an additional $10 per person.
Your exact session time and the location will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of the photo session along with the full details. Session times will take place between 5-6:30pm).
Sessions will take place in the Pleasanton ridge area and this location requires some walking and hill climbing. It is highly recommended to wear comfortable shoes until we reach our photo destination. Recommended colors for family portraits include shades of pinks, reds, blues, yellows, whites, beige, burgundy, and greens. Keep family members within a color scheme and avoid wearing all matching colors. It looks best when one family wears a different color (for example: most members wear colors among a red color scheme and one person wears a beige or patterned dress). Please avoid wearing clothes with logos.
**Sessions may not exceed the time booked. Starting on time is essential due to lighting and other scheduled sessions. Sessions are booked back to back so please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find the location and get settled. Please note that if you arrive late, your session is still scheduled to end at the time agreed.
-I am fully vaccinated since March and will only wear a mask upon request. Please don't hesitate to ask! I will reschedule your session if I am feeling any cold symptoms and I request that you do the same.
-Payment must be paid in full immediately using Venmo @chelseabulik (preferred), Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal ([email protected]) using the Friends and Family option. If you wish to pay by cash or check, you may do so on the day of our session.
-Package does not include prints. Prints can be purchased separately through your private online gallery.
-Files included are high resolution and can be printed up to poster size.
-You will receive the proofs within 5-7 days and your proof gallery will be active for 2-3 weeks.
-The editing process will not start until I am notified that you have made your final selections and any balance is paid in full. You will receive your final images within 10 days of contacting me that you have picked your final selections.
-You may purchase additional images after viewing the proofs. Packages include:
$12 per edited image or
$100 for a bundle of 10 extra edited images or
$225 for a bundle of 10 extra edited images plus all of the RAW/unedited images from the session
-You will receive an email within 72 hours of the session date with additional details including the address.
-Please note that deposits are non-refundable and only apply to this date unless the session is cancelled by the photographer or flu symptoms are present. Please notify me within 24 hours of our session.
-In the event of rain, sessions will be cancelled only if it is raining at the time of the session. I will contact you within 24 hours of the session to confirm the session based on the weather report.
