About this Event
Portrait Photography and Headshot Lighting - From Basics to Intermediate
Description: Join me in my studio for an exciting hands-on workshop where you'll learn the ins and outs of portrait photography and headshot lighting. While this workshop is primarily geared towards intermediat to beginner photographers, advanced are welcome and will definitely benefit from the lesson.
If you've attended my classes before, this will be a much more structured lesson and cover the most common forms of lighting that you can one can use in their portraiture - from loop, to butterfly, to short, and broad.
Whether you're a beginner looking to grasp the basics or an intermediate photographer wanting to refine your skills, this event is perfect for you. You will be getting instructions from a photographer that's shot some of the greatest film directors of all time and whom currently works for the top agencies in New York and the world. You'll be guided you through fundamental lighting techniques utilizing 2 to 3 point setups and what to look for in the lighting patterns that fall on a person when shooting them.
The headshots and portraits themselves will be specifically for paid use and relevant to actor headshots, fashion and editorial portraits, corporate headshots, and general portraiture.
