This workshop is designed to guide participants through the process of capturing human likeness on paper or canvas using acrylic paints. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with painting, this workshop offers a supportive environment for honing your skills and exploring the art of portraiture.

Throughout the workshop, you can expect:

• Understanding basic human facial anatomy

• Learning how to draw facial structures and features

• Understanding the anatomy of light and shadow to create dimensional forms

• Learning how to paint with acrylic colors

• Learning and practicing creating a palette for human skin

About the instructor:

I'm Merav, a multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin. With a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the Berlin University of the Arts, my work spans various mediums, including painting, drawing, installations, and live performances. Drawing inspiration from philosophy, metaphysics, and science, I explore themes such as the nature of existence and the complexities of reality and perception.
