THE PLAYGROUNDgr is committed to creating inclusive and free spaces for our community to heal through play. Portrait of Me; Painting and Play is our 3rd annual Winter FRE event, where we invite 50 neighbors to come together and paint alongside a professional artist at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. We are grateful to our partners: Cakabakery, Cathy K Photography, and our Sponsor Lake Michigan Credit Union.
Event includes:
Painting instruction for all ages, painting and canvas supplies, cookie bar, compliments of The Cakabakery and a full hot cocoa bar. In addition, THE PLAYGROUND provides a sensory support space with hands on expression using finger paint and clay as a sensory support tool and art kit door prizes.
Interested in joining us for this FREE WINTER event, sign ups begin December 1, 2024.
