4-week course - Fridays, May 26 - June 16 - 6:30 - 8:30 pm Ages 14+ - $125Want to learn how to draw faces but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you've practiced a bit, but you're ready to learn more! This 4-week intermediate drawing course is great for giving you the tools and the skills to get you drawing portraits like a pro. You'll start with learning about the basic symmetry and proportions of the face as well as understanding it’s different smaller structures like the nose, eyes, and lips. You'll then move on to learning how to draw the face at different angles and positions. Classically trained, professional artist, Jessica Henry, will be your guide. All materials are provided.
Prerequisite: Students should already have basic drawing knowledge, including understanding form, light and shadow.
Optional items to bring:
- Layered clothing, as the temperatures may fluctuate in our large building
- Bottled water/beverage
