Portland’s Next Horizon: 7 Projects That Will Redefine the Central City

Portland’s Next Horizon will present a fast-paced look at major projects destined to expand and redefine the central city. It’s an opportunity, in a single afternoon, to hear about Portland’s future the leaders who are creating it.

Tickets are sliding scale: $5, $10, $20, students free. We are a grassroots organization. Contribute what feels best!

Presented by the PDX Design Collaborative in conjunction with City of Possibility (CoP), an unprecedented exhibit of the ongoing legacy of Portland’s civic ambitions, architecture, and urban design, Portland’s Next Horizon will feature, among others:

• Made in Old Town

“Rarely, if ever, can you see in one afternoon the major cultural, development, and infrastructure projects—together—that will write the next chapter of a city,” says Randy Gragg, CoP co-director and Portland’s Next Horizon’s host. “And far more than dreams, we’ll see what parts of these visionary additions to the city will be underway in 2025.”
