• VIP Boarding: 10:30 p.m.

• Gate Closes at 10:55 p.m. sharp - Do not be late, NO Refunds!

Must be 21+ to participate. All Sales are Final. Absolutely NO Refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.
Plan Accordingly: As this party will sell out in advance, please plan accordingly and purchase tickets for any expected/additional friends soon.
Dress Code: Strict dress code will be enforced. Dress to impress. Our dress code is casual, smart & stylish for entrance. No loose or baggy fitting clothing, baggy pants. No Jerseys or athletic wear. No sports cap or sports beanie. No White tee shirts or tanks top, wife beaters.
Men will not be allowed to wear ball caps, plain t-shirts, hi-tops or tennis shoes. Recommended, ideal wear would be nice slacks or dark jeans, dress shirt, blazer jacket. And ladies always look fabulous in dresses. Please Note: If you do not meet the dress code, you may NOT be allowed to board and no refund will be given.
Dock Location: Portland Spirit Yacht departs from Salmon Street Springs Dock, at 1010 SW Naito Pkwy, Portland, OR 97204.
Parking: For cruises departing from the Salmon Street Springs Fountain, at 1010 SW Naito Parkway, Portland OR 97204, we suggest either the World Trade Center parking garage or Smart Park parking garage on SW Jefferson. Street parking may also be available.
Party Responsibly: Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Opt for Ride Share Apps (Lyft or Uber), a taxi service or designated driver.
Please Note: This party cruise is expected to follow CDC Guidelines with social distancing and masks if and when necessary. All staff will have necessary PPE for excellent clean service. If the event is canceled due to Covid-19; you will be refunded.
Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of Portland's protocols to party safely and responsibly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No alcohol, open containers or outside food permitted. No illegal drugs, or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by Portland Spirit Cruises & Events and the US Coast Guard.
Portland Spirit Cruises holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels and anyone who is caught participating or possessing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.
If you're thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you will be quarantined until the boat can safely return to the dock - the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
