Porter-Leath is celebrating 31 years of its Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival! The Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival presented by Valero is April 21, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Downtown Memphis on Riverside Drive between Jefferson and Union.The festival features thousands of pounds of fresh Louisiana crawfish and live music from nationally known Dikki Du and the Zydeco Krewe on the Orion Main Stage and local award-winning artist, Freeworld, on the Southland Casino Hotel stage!
Enjoy games including crawfish bobbing, eating, and racing, arts & crafts vendors, and the Kids Area sponsored by the Downtown Memphis Commission.
Funds raised at the festival support local children and families through Porter-Leath's early childhood services, foster care, teacher training, mentoring and more!
It is one of the few remaining Memphis festivals that does not charge an admission price in order to welcome all Mid-South families to enjoy a fun-filled day together.
VIP experiences are available and include the King's Rightly Seasoned Swamp VIP Tent featuring an all you can eat Cajun cuisine and the Cash Saver Gumbo Cook-off which offers bragging rights cash prizes.
