COURSE CONTENT
Certified course Level 4
PortDeBras™ Exercise
This is the highest level of the PortDeBras™ educational system.
You will work with more complex, layered sequences designed to deepen your understanding of the concept's pholosophy.
These sequences are protected by copyright and therefore cannot be taught in their complete form in public classes.
They serve as a tool for understanding the transitions and principles belonging to this highest level. Through the practice of these sequences, you will gain an overview and a physical experience of new elements, and you will understand - or rather feel in your own body - what smooth, guided movement at Level 4 looks and feels like.
The goal is to understand the progressions, regressions, and connections between elements across all levels.
Each certified course offers an understanding of the principles that the instructor then incorporates into their own original teaching form. Practical examples can be found in the videos of the so-called Club System.
PROGRAMME
- we will learn the Level 4 sequences
- we will discuss proper technique and transitions
- we will offer a master class with a practical guide for stucturing your own PortDeBras™ class
using elements and transitions from this level

Saturday 12:00 – 19:00
Sunday 10:00 – 16:00

PRICING
FOR CLUB SYSTEM MEMBERS
& LICENSE HOLDERS
- Early bird price 260 euro (6,350 CZK) when paying by September 15, 2026
- 280 euro (6,850 CZK) when paying after September 15
FOR NON-MEMBERS OF THE CLUB SYSTEM
320 euro (7,800 CZK)
Attendance at this training confirms your current official status
and simultaneously extends the trainer's right to lead official training courses
under the PortDeBras™ brand.
Every trainer who wishes to maintain his/her status and the authority to train, organize workshops and courses is required to attend a Trainer Course at least once every 2 years. For example, if your current status is "Master Trainer", by attending the Trainer Course your status is automatically prolongued if your licence is valid! Every status is valid for 2 years - more info at the trainer course
Dear Trainers, remember - If you don't attend a Trainer Course every 2 years (online or offline),
you no longer can give PortDeBras™ workshops and courses.
