Geny Moreno is the founder of Health Luminary and the creator of The Mind Engineer Mastery Program. By day, Geny is a coach and practitioner at Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine. She is a heart-centered coach who guides people on their journey to wholeness. She combines mind-body medicine, functional nutrition, movement practices, and her own life experiences to help those who are ready to elevate their lives.
As a tai chi and qigong instructor, Geny teaches gentle movements that promote balance, inner peace, and healing. Through this ancient practice of qigong, she guides people to go inward to move stagnant energy that may have been suppressed due to unreconciled trauma or past wounds. Transformation of this stagnant energy is possible through loving intention and gentle movements. She also incorporates breathing exercises, meditation, and somatic practices to help her clients feel more connected to themselves and the world around them. A key focus of her work is empowering individuals to trust their inner wisdom and intuition, encouraging them to be open to new possibilities of awareness and consciousness.
Geny's own transformative journey from living through the harsh environment of the Philippines and experiencing many lows to self-discovery informs her compassionate approach. She believes in the power of resilience, inner work, and the power of community, and using her experiences to help others navigate life's challenges with love, understanding, and patience.
Through her work, Geny aims to break mental health stigmas and foster stronger, more resilient communities. She empowers individuals to embrace their unique paths, to trust their gut feelings, and find purpose, whatever that may look like for them.
