The first PMPS Winter Solstice Festival will be held on Friday 21st June 2024 from 5.45pm. We'll come together as a community to celebrate the winter solstice with food, drinks, an LED light show and a winter disco.
We'll have a community lantern walk from 5.45pm stemming from Northern European tradition, including songs & a great atmosphere. BYO Lantern.
After the walk – let’s dance! Kids can move, shake and rock it out to the latest party classics at the Community Disco open to kinder kids, PMPS siblings & friends all starting at 6:30pm. Please report to the 'Registration Area' to collect wristbands, these must be worn by all children for security purposes.
We'll be holding a night market including food and drinks in the Gym to keep you well fed and jolly in the cold weather. There will be a crafts market stalls.
This is NOT a drop off event. All kids must be supervised by an adult for the duration and please provide the mobile number of the adult who is attending when purchasing,
5:30 pm - Gates open up for the community and night market
5:45pm - Lantern walk around PMPS grounds/school perimeter
6.10 pm - LED Show and arts and craft activities begin
6:30 pm - Community Disco (for kinder kids).
Children under 5 need a parent/guardian to supervise them during the event.
