5:00pm - doors open, check-in (all guests must be checked-in before 5:55pm)

6:00pm SHARP to 8:00pm - live music performances

8:00pm to 9:00pm - meet the artists, take photos, hang, make a new friend, hangout, mingle

Space is limited. A ticket/RSVP is required to be able to attend the show. You will not be permitted into this private residence without a valid ticket/RSVP.

Each attendee must have their own ticket/RSVP to be able to attend.

Capacity for this show is 30 people maximum

• pillow, blanket, towel, or short beach chair to sit on (Note: majority of seating will be on the floor for this event. This location will have a few quilts and a few chairs to sit on but options are limited. Please bring what you want with this info in mind. If you are cool sitting on the floor on a quilt, then you are all set! If you want a little extra cushion bring a pillow or blanket to fold up and place under you. If you are not able to sit on the floor we will have the few reserved chairs at the location for you to use or you can bring your own short beach chair/collapsing chair.

Tickets are $15 each

100% of ticket sales get divided evenly amongst all artists and curator.

Rainee Blake - Rainee Blake is an Australian-born singer-songwriter, musician, and actress based in Los Angeles. She is known for her recurring role as Alannah Curtis on CMT’s Nashville. Her music combines a retro 1970s sound with an R&B feel: think Carole King meets Lake Street Dive. She just returned from an Australian tour and will be touring her Joni Mitchell show this summer in Europe.

Zen Thomas - Based out of Los Angeles, Zen Thomas is a musician/songwriter/street performer who lives to entertain. With his blues/funk sound, Zen Thomas lives to put smiles on peoples faces with his music. Taking inspiration from such bands like John mayer, Bruno Mars, Earth Wind and Fire, and Daft Punk, Zen works his hardest to create something unique and fun for everyone to enjoy.

Phern - Sophia Phern is a multifaceted artist from Oakland, CA, whose work transcends genres, eras, and borders. Her upcoming release, Saturn—set for March 2025—tells the story of the difficulties and intricacies of navigating a world that is ever changing. Drawing from her experiences living in Mexico, London, and beyond, her music is a reflection of the cultures that have shaped her. She is also a member of P.Tahaya, a band formed in 2020 in Mérida, Yucatán. With a rich fusion of cross-cultural sounds, Sophia crafts a sonic experience that resonates with audiences worldwide.

Charles Grace - Charles Grace is a guitarist, songwriter, and singer who spent his formative years in South Carolina. His music is a blend of soul, blues, and folk music with an emphasis on colorful chord changes and sincere storytelling. His recent body of work includes The Wreckage (2020) and the Wanderer EP (2023), being featured in music blogs such as The Mic, We Write About Music, Buzz Slayers. In 2025, Charles plans to release new music and continue to perform in Southern California and beyond.
