Led by Se Yeon Kim, a food entrepreneur with more than a decade of food business experience from cleaning tables to owning and operating the Korean fast casual pop-up, SoBahn 82. As a Korean American exploring her identity in and around restaurants in Tulsa, Se Yeon is passionate about sharing Korean flavors through various approaches ranging from cooking classes to pop-ups with seasonal menus.
