Popstar Camp is a creative studio experience where campers explore music, style, and self-expression through hands-on art making. Each day blends visual art with a playful “studio moment” where campers share, reflect, or step into the spotlight in a low-pressure way.
Throughout the week, campers build their own creative identity through different pop-inspired aesthetics, while working in a supportive studio environment that celebrates individuality, imagination, and confidence.
Each day includes a simple “Pop Studio Moment,” such as sharing artwork, choosing a stage name for the day, or participating in a fun group creative prompt.
✨ Daily Themes
Monday: Storytelling Swiftie Era 💖
Mixed Media + Collage + Friendship Bracelet Studio
Campers create layered collage and mixed media artwork inspired by personal stories and expressive visual design. They will also spend time at a friendship bracelet station, creating wearable art that builds connection and community in the studio.
Studio Moment: Campers share their artwork and give it a “song title” that matches its story or feeling.
Tuesday: Building the Band 🎧
Team Identity + Visual Branding + Collaborative Design
Campers work together to form creative “bands” and design their group identity. They will explore logo design, color palettes, and visual storytelling to build a cohesive group aesthetic inspired by music collaboration and performance culture.
Studio Moment: Band reveal where each group shares their name, style choices, and creative identity.
Wednesday: Edgy Eilish Graffiti Art 🖤
Graffiti Study + Large-Scale Collaborative Mural Design
Campers study graffiti-inspired lettering, bold shape design, and street art composition while learning how artists use scale, color, and layering. They will contribute to a collaborative graffiti-style studio wall as a group artwork.
Studio Moment: Group canvas reveal where campers help build and view a shared graffiti-inspired composition.
Thursday: Sound Check Studio 🎤
Sound Exploration + Instrument Making + Rhythm Art
Campers explore the connection between sound and visual art by building simple handmade instruments and experimenting with rhythm, vibration, and sound-inspired mark making. They will learn how sound waves translate into movement, pattern, and visual rhythm in art.
Studio Moment: Group sound check where campers test instruments and create a shared rhythm experience.
Friday: K Pop Cinema ⭐
Alcohol Marker Illustration + Anime-Inspired Visual Art
Campers explore bold illustration techniques using alcohol markers while learning anime-inspired art skills such as expressive character design, stylized features, and dynamic composition.
Studio Moment: Mini gallery walk where campers display and title their final illustrated pieces.

🌟 Why Families Love Flourish Camps
At Flourish, our camps are intentionally designed to be more than just a way to pass the time.
We keep our group sizes small so each child feels supported and seen, and every project is thoughtfully planned by experienced instructors who know how to meet kids where they are. Our focus is always on creativity, confidence, and the process—not just the final product.
Kids leave not only with artwork they’re proud of, but with a sense of accomplishment, connection, and excitement to come back.
