Join Ashton Cradit for yoga and meditation as she guides you through a practice connecting you to your core, both physically and spiritually. Step on your mat ready to move and let go of any stagnant energy!
Please bring a yoga mat, perhaps with a sheet or blanket to place underneath your mat, and anything you would like to support your meditation.
