WERQ Like a Boss is an all-inclusive workout designed by the creator of WERQ Dance Fitness! This workout combines everything you need (dance for cardio, resistance training for strength, and stretching for mobility) in less than one hour, so you can get back to being the CEO of your busy life. The first half of the workout is WERQ cardio dance, the wildly addictive dance fitness workout based on trending pop and hip-hop, and the second half is dedicated to strength training, core work, and stretching.
