We’re excited to welcome you (or potentially welcome you!) to Glow & Shop – our Fall 2025 Pop-Up Market, happening in one of NYC’s busiest and most vibrant areas — just steps away from Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan!

This prime location offers excellent foot traffic, tourist visibility, and a strong local presence — giving you the perfect opportunity to showcase your brand, build connections, and grow your customer base.

📍 Location: 15 E 40th - Near Bryant Park

📆 Dates:

Saturday, Sep 6th & Sunday, Sep 7th (Glow & Shop)

Saturday, Sep 20th & Sunday, Sep 21st (Fall Into Glow)

💲 Vendor Fee: $300 per weekend

🪑 Need a table & chair? Add just $15 to your fee — we’ll provide the setup.

🍽️ Food & Drinks is complimentary for all registered vendors throughout the event.

📌 Important Information Before Applying

1. When filling out the vendor form, you’ll be asked to select Saturday, Sunday, or Both Days.
2. If you're open to either day, please choose the "Either Day" option — we’ll confirm your final date by email.
3. You will not be charged until we contact you directly to confirm your participation and send payment instructions.
4. Once confirmed, vendors will receive full setup instructions and arrival times.
5. Vendors are expected to:

8. Clean up by 6 PM
9. Spaces are limited and reviewed on a first-come basis.
