The Saint Louis Science Center and the St. Louis Public Library are teaming up to bring you Pop-Up Science! These are FREE events and open to the public.
Join the Science Center at the Public Library for this drop-in program the first three Fridays in July to experiment, learn, and explore!
Pop-Up Science activities will include learning about sound to make harmonicas, testing out catapults while learning about forces, exploring the physics of light with kaleidoscopes, and demonstrations of sound vibrations, robots, and the pH scale.
Each summer, the Science Center’s Youth Exploring Science (YES) Program makes an impact on STEM education by turning outward with the program’s YES Teens to deliver fun and accessible STEM learning experiences throughout the St. Louis community to inspire a curiosity for science and technology.
This summer, St. Louis community members have several opportunities to meet the YES Teens and learn about STEM in some unexpected places thanks to Pop-Up Science events.
