Sound Off is an innovative combination of movement and sound. Tune out with a pair of noise isolating wireless LED headphones which lets you hear the instructor at the perfect level while we provide an immersive audio experience that takes you on a journey into sound.

MELT° prjct is the duality between strength and serenity. Sweating with intent helps you find both your power and escape. Get to know why they call us the mindful sweat during one of our outdoor HIIT Boxing sessions. These boxing inspired sessions will be 60mins in length, combining shadow boxing with intentional body weight movements to get us into our bodies & remind us of our strength.

Participants

• Masks are encouraged where feasible.
• Participants should maintain at least 6 feet of physical distance from others as much as possible.

FOR YOUR SAFTY: All Sound Off gear is sanitized and stored for 48-72 hours BEFORE every class. All the audio equipment (headphones) are scheduled for single use FOR instructors, participants and sound technicians. Sound Off Co has stringent safety protocols in place with time and dates of all equipment sanitizing BEFORE it goes out to the public for ALL events.
