INSTRUCTOR; Ali Bullano teaches this Vinyasa Yoga Class, for all levels it includes meditative breathwork, Energetic sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, and calming finishing poses. it will end with deep relaxation of the mind and body in savasana

FOR YOUR SAFTY: All Sound Off gear is sanitized and stored for 48-72 hours BEFORE every class. All the audio equipment (headphones) are scheduled for single use FOR instructors, participants and sound technicians. Sound Off Co has stringent safety protocols in place with time and dates of all equipment sanitizing BEFORE it goes out to the public for ALL events.
