Pop Up in person Yoga Class-a Samhain celebration

Slow flow Samhain Yoga practice where we focus on strength and alignment. We will start with a deep connection into the body and warm up before we move more dynamically. We finish with breathwork and stillness.

There'll be regular pop up classes for those who can't make our regular Tuesday class.
Some experience necessary.
