RiverMills Center will host two pop-up pantries for SNAP recipients, ages 55 and older. Non-perishable food items will be distributed. As a SNAP outreach partner with the Department of Transitional Services, RiverMills, recognizes the need for additional nutritional assistance during these challenging economic times. Only Chicopee residents and current SNAP recipients age 55+ with a valid EBT card are eligible to sign up for the free bag of groceries.
Advance registration is required and will begin on Tuesday, January 20th , for the January event and again on Tuesday, February 17th, for the February distribution.
Participation is limited to the first 125 people who register in advance.
