Join us for a pop up Express Barre class with Breaking Barre at 12:00 pm (noon) on Cinco De Mayo! It's happening at Oviedo Brewing Company,1280 Oviedo Mall Boulevard, #1095. Get ready to sweat, move, and have a blast with our instructors, Erin and Laura. PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN MAT and arrive by 11:45 am to meet your instructor and complete a liability waiver. You may also want a sweat towel and water bottle. After class join us for snacks and/or drinks at Oviedo Brewing Company!

The Breaking Barre method is a science-backed program that combines low-impact, functional fitness with resistance equipment, barre exercises, and cardio to deliver maximum results. The best part is the classes and music are super fun! This class will be appropriate for all fitness levels.
