Climb Out of the Darkness is a free event to raise awareness for perinatal mood an anxiety disorders. The Climb brings our community together to shine a light on a darkness we don't often speak about and celebrate recovery.
Join us for a brief intro of Postpartum support International, hold space for folks to share their perinatal mental health struggles, then use chalk around the walking path to write statistics and uplifting messages!
