The workshops includes all ingredients, tasting samples, 12-16 chocolates to take home, tea, fresh coffee, hot chocolate and a glass of bubbly! If you attend the afternoon class you can also enjoy a Christmas Chocolate Cocktail!
Crafts in the Valley is excited to welcome to the studio Paul Stockbridge from Chocolates to Cherish. Paul makes fabulous chocolates and runs workshops sharing his passion for CHOCOLATE!
In this workshop Paul will demonstrate how to temper chocolates, truffles, Florentines, decorations and Easter Eggs! Guests will learn how to make their own piping bags and will make a selection of truffles and chocolate Florentines.
