Rusty, sticky, flaking, dull gray, or handed down with a mystery history: bring your cast iron and carbon steel, along with any questions you’ve been saving up. We’ll look at each piece with you, figure out what’s going on, and talk through what it needs to get back in top shape.
Often the fix is simpler than you’d expect. Some pans just need to be cooked in more. Others need a full strip and reseason. Either way, you’ll leave knowing what to do next.
If your cookware needs a full restoration, 5-gallon lye tank supplies will be available to purchase so you can strip it at home. Seasoning supplies for home use will be available for purchase too.
