Open steak sandwich with grilled and slighly smoked California's favorite steak sliced thin and topped with Mexican salsa criolla.

Lamb shank

MixioteLamb shank in chile ancho adobo, made "in papillote" prepared with beer steam, served with white rice to pick up all the juices.
