Pop Up Art Show: Tania Kaaz | Grace Noel Art

Join alternative process photographer Tania Kaaz for her Birthday Pop Up Art Show on final Sunday in September. Tania will have her artwork at Grace Noel Art which is located in Underground of the Denver Art Society. This event will coincide with the Final Sunday Art Walk where the galleries of Denver's Art District will be open extended hours, offering adult and all ages beverages and live music. Its an event for all ages, come and join us!

Tania creates altered realities. Her photos show ordinary objects and scenes in a surreal, magical way. "I like to see what the eye doesn't normally see, and manipulating the film accomplishes that," says Tania. “The effects of soaking film are random and often unexpected, completely unique and unable to be duplicated. The process creates beautiful negatives that emerge from the chemicals with the emulsion warped and damaged with whorls of color." Tania says, "My images transform the subject and inspire a sense of wonder in the viewer."

Grace Noel is an illustrator, mixed media fine artist, muralist, installation artist, and owner of Grace Noel Art, LLC. She earned her Bachelors of Fine Art Degree in 2011 and has been working as a professional artist in Denver since 2013.  Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado - Grace has native Ute, Tewa, and Spanish ancestry that reaches back seven generations.
