The Final Stages of Metamorphosis is an ongoing photographic exploration by Neysa Hope Wellington of identity, memory, healing, and return. Rooted in experiences across North Carolina and Ghana, the exhibition examines how family, culture, faith, and place shape our understanding of self.
Through photography, banners, moving images, and visual storytelling, Wellington reflects on journeys of migration, belonging, grief, resilience, and restoration while honoring the stories that connect us across generations and continents. This work will be on display for one day only in our Art & Music Alleys downtown.
