Get ready to move your body and refine your technique with Amanda List. This 90-minute class will consist of proper warm-up, across-the-floor sequencing, and learning a longer choreographed dance combination.
The "Dance Jam" is aimed to inspire self-expression and creativity and also give dancers that heart-pumping, sweaty accomplishment they love to feel. You will leave with the feeling of "I gave it all I got and left it on the dance floor."
NOTE: This class caters to experienced dancers, but all levels are welcome to attend. Class will "keep moving" - use it as a learning opportunity for self-growth and pick up as much as you can.
