POP Pilates® is where strength meets flexibility. We take traditional Pilates moves and put them to the beat of the music creating a dance on the mat workout. Each track has a different focus, including abs, upper body, legs and flexibility! We mean it when we say no muscle is left untouched. Each move that we do has a range of modifications, so you can join a class regardless of your experiences. The only thing you will need is a yoga mat!FAQs

• Just yourself and a yoga mat.
What should I wear?
• Whatever you feel comfortable to exercise in.
• Typically no footwear is needed for POP Pilates®, but you can wear grip socks.
