Pop Off! Pilates

Blast off into your weekend with a little sweat and a lot of strength!

Jump in for an energetic, effective, and fun-filled Saturday morning led by Heather Rule, founder of Monday Magic Yoga at The Abbey Studio. Pop Off! Pilates is an hour long session designed for all fitness levels that combines principles of Pilates with interval training, ensuring a thorough, full body workout for all. This style of class includes:

Short warmup

Strenth, stability & cardio interval exercises

Active recovery

Stretching

Savasana (deep rest)

Attendees should bring a mat, water bottle, and a sweat towel. No other equipment needed!

About Heather Rule, Yoga Guide (200 RYT) & Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor:

Back in 2014, Heather walked into a yoga studio on a Groupon deal without the slightest clue. Riddled with depression and anxiety from working a corporate job at the time, she couldn’t believe how much relief she felt after just one class. With a BFA in theatre and a decade of acting experience behind her, she realized how yoga could support her artistry in regards to breath and body awareness. She began to incorporate it as a daily ritual. Inspired by the many mental and physical benefits of a consistent yoga practice, Heather decided to complete her 200 hour training in 2020 at Loom Yoga + Fitness while living in Brooklyn, NY. After recognizing the benefits of incorporating Pilates into her yoga practice, Heather completed an additional Inferno Hot Pilates training at BeHot Yoga Atlanta in 2025.

By utilizing mindful intention, pranayama (breath), and movement, Heather playfully guides her students through challenging but rewarding sequences. She strives to provide a supportive and empowering space for all walks of life, while offering gentle reminders to find joy in the present moment. She hopes students will leave her class feeling refreshed, strong, and in total ownership of their worth.
