shn shn(she/they); is a queer Black electronic producer, singer-songwriter and creator based in Toronto, Canada. Her music is an ever-changing experience, bending genres as she brings experimental elements from electronic, ambient, world music, folk and pop into her practice. Their work allows exploration, contemplation, reckoning with duality and the spaces in between.--

poolblood (she/they); the musical nom-de-plume of Toronto’s Maryam Said, is an ethereal spirit of punk rock, swirling and dancing in the air with a collection of gorgeously orchestrated bedroom pop music. Raised in a religious household at arm’s length from popular music, they nonetheless found themselves drawn in by the music of Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), who left an indelible imprint on Said’s relationship to music and songwriting.

José Lobo was born in Venezuela, raised in Brazil and currently living in Montreal. He is a singer songwriter Influenced by the rhythms of bossa nova, folk, ambient soundscapes and the Venezuelan tonada, he continues to explore his identity as a Latin American in the diaspora through his songwriting.

Recently Lobo has made music for film, documentaries, theatre and performance pieces. His songs vary widely in genre and emotional state of self going from melancholy to euphoria from one song to the other. He is currently working in the release of his first album “In all good Hope”, a collection of songs written during the past two years.
