Tails will be wagging when Braselton digs in for its 6th annual Pooches in the Park on Saturday, September 25. Plan to bring the entire pack (dogs, kids, friends, etc.) to Braselton Park on Harrison Street from 9:30 a.m. to 5p.m.- Rover on Over Marketplace - Sniff out some fun new accessories for Fido or meet some local pooch service providers such as vets, groomers and boarders.
- Howl About Some Contests - The event will also feature a variety of fun, free contests. Stop by the pavilion in the park to sign up. Space is limited and prizes will be awarded.
- Run Over to the Lure Course – Fast paced and fun the watch, dogs chase a mechanized, plastic lure around the course. Come to watch the excitement or have your pup give it a try for a small donation benefiting the Humane Society of Jackson County.
- Wolf Down Some Treats – There will be plenty of treats for the pups and your human pack.
- Dixie Dock Dogs will be splashing down near the tennis courts. Featuring 2 full days (Saturday and Sunday) of scheduled competitions. Watch world class competitive distance-jumping.
