Come and meet our friendly miniature ponies, Sapphire, Champ Chickadee, Misty and Star. These girls are just the perfect size and temperament for children to groom, lead and hitch a small ride while they learn about how to care for and train these loveable creatures.

Inspired by the love and affection that our own girls have shown to these ponies over the past 8 years, we wanted to share that special experience with others who dream about someday owning a pony of their own!

What to Expect:

Duration - 1 hour

During your visit, you and your children will:

- meet and greet the pony group and select 2 ponies for your encounter (we will assist with choosing depending on temperament and energy levels of individual ponies)

- pet, comb and learn how to properly groom them from head to toe

- learn hands-on about hoof trimming, feeding and daily care and maintenance

- learn how to halter and saddle a pony

-design your own obstacle course & challenge your pony for a ride on your course

- take your pony friend for a walk!

- NEW enjoy a relaxing and giggle-filled ride on our Pony Cart. Just sit back and relax while Star pulls you and your little one around the farm. Suitable for one adult and one child. Just try NOT to giggle while you ride!

NOTE - This event is suitable (but not limited to) children between the ages of 4 – 16. Pony rides are limited to riders under 100 pounds only. Older children are welcome to lead their pony through their personal obstacle course.

Small children (under 3 years of age) MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times and may need extra assistance for riding.

Birthday Party Option???Want to extend your visit for a special birthday party? We also offer a special birthday package for larger groups that includes a campfire, hotdog roast and marshmallows following your pony encounters at our Woodland Adventure Playground. I understand that this is a working farm with real, live animals and that there are inherent dangers associated with such. I agree to follow all instructions and treat the property and animals with gentleness and respect. I take full responsibility for the safety of all children that come with my group. I also understand that I may be asked to leave with my group members if we are not following instructions and safety precautions. I agree to bring appropriate footwear (closed toe only) and leave my own pets at home!
