Get ready to shimmy & shake your poms to today's hits and yesterday's favorites! Join us for a POMSQUAD fitness dance workout followed by delicious drinks at Hidden Gem - STL's disco dive bar!

POMSQUAD is a super fun, immensely positive, high energy dance fitness class using pom poms! Inclusive, encouraging, and easy to follow classes are designed to strengthen and tone the body. Featuring a variety of dance styles and unique choreography, there is something for every type of spirit leader in each and every class!

We are a safe space for ALL and ALL are welcome to be part of our squad! Ready?! OK!

Post workout, we'll sip & socialize with a disco themed cocktail/mocktail (or more!) Whether you're a fitness enthusiast, dancing queen, or wanting to releaee your inner cheerleader, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have a good time and a great outing with friends!

Please note that this event is reserved for attendees ages 21+. Come prepared to show valid identification.

Admission includes the POMSQUAD fitness class and a complimentary drink ticket.

Come Prepared: Wear workout gear, workout shoes you can move in and bring a water bottle.
