Pomona Spring Formal 2023

PEC Annual Committee is happy to cordially invite you to Pomona's Spring Formal, an annual tradition! This is Pomona's only off-campus party. This event is POMONA-only.

DATE: April 28th, 8:30 PM - 2 AM @ Walter's Restaurant in the Claremont Village.

Entry into the event will take place between 8:30PM - 10:30PM. You can re-enter after 10:30PM, only if you have been checked in earlier and given a wristband.

*** This is an UPPERCLASSMEN-only, Pomona-only event.

Dinner starts at 8:30 PM and runs until 11 PM. During dinner, a live band () will play. After dinner, the dance floor will be opened with two DJs! Walter's Restaurant will have a special cocktail and drinks menu for purchase with valid state ID (21+).

This event costs $15 (to be paid at the event).

Payment:

After signing up, you will be reserved a spot. In order to gain entry to the event, you must pay $15 at the door. We will take all major credit cards and Apple / Google Pay. No cash. You must also have your Eventbrite QR code proving you have reserved a spot - your reservation must match your ID. There will be Security present at the event. This will only be allowed starting from 8:30PM to 10:30PM. You must arrive within this window to pay for the event and gain entry. You will be given a special wristband that you can use to re-enter after 10:30PM if you wish to leave and come back.

Note: Walter's has a strict capacity. There are very limited tickets available, so please sign-up ASAP. There will be a small wait-list which will be moved up to and including the day of the event. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket so others are able to go to the event and plan accordingly. The Eventbrite will be closed as soon as capacity is reached.

This is a semi-formal / formal event. Formal attire is encouraged but not required.

Menu for Dinner Buffet:

- Tandoori Salmon

- Beef Stroganoff

- Mashed Potatoes

- Vegetarian Pasta with pesto cream sauce and sun-dried tomatoes

- Grilled Vegetables

- French Bread

- Dinner Salad

- Coffee, tea, and soft drinks

- Limited free wine available

***If you're vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free and are not satisfied with the options of the buffet, special dishes can be made to order.
