The Pomodoro Technique is a popular time-management approach created by Francesco Cirillo who stated “I discovered that you could learn how to improve your effectiveness and be better able to estimate how long a task will take to complete by recording how you utilize your time.”

16:30 - 19:30: 5 x 25 minute pomodoro focused study sessions with room tables and chairs provided, each followed by 10 minutes of silent disco raving (LED Headsets provided).

19:30 - 20:30: One hour of raving
