Guest Speaker: Bennie Currie of MBC Financial Strategies. Through MBC Financial Strategies, Bennie helps business owners, professionals and families grow their money and protect their savings with wealth accumulation and financial risk management strategies that help people pay themselves more -- and the IRS less -- during retirement.

Bennie and his wife, Celeste Garrett, live in Hyde Park where they raised their two young adult children. A serial volunteer since childhood, Bennie is the founder of CollaBOOation, an initiative he launched in 2019 to foster neighborhood safety on Halloween night while building community year-round.

Like every member of his family, Bennie is a major soccer lover and spends his free time training for 100-meter sprint competitions, listening to jazz, reading and writing.

Bennie sincerely believes that most people want to do what’s right -- for themselves, for their families and for their communities. That’s one of the reasons why he created MBC Financial Strategies.
