About this event

South Carolina gardeners of all experience levels are invited to join the Lakelands Master Gardeners and Clemson Extension Horticulture Agent Stephanie Turner for a morning dedicated to pollinators and the Great Southeast Pollinator Census (GSEPC).

Children are welcome when accompanied by a supervising adult.

Important: Since this is a free event and all supplies are provided, registering in advance is requested so organizers can prepare enough materials for everyone.

Schedule for the day
  • 11:00 am: Meet at the Veteran's Center Pollinator Garden Gazebo
  • Brief training to learn how to ID common pollinators and how to complete a census count
  • It's counting time! Run two timed pollinator counts.
