Pollinating Cooksville: Installing Pollinator Gardens at 67 Hillcrest Ave
About this Event
Join Heart Comonos and Blooming Boulevards for a hands-on workshop to help install a pollinator gardens in container beds and learn about how to help them thrive!
Together, we will fill the planter boxes with soil, gravel, mulch, and install plants while learning about how these gardens support pollinators and bring more nature into urban spaces.
Jeanne from Blooming Boulevards and the Heart Comonos team will share simple tips and guidance throughout the workshop.
Participants will learn about native plants, why they are important, and how they can grow well in small spaces like patios, courtyards, and shared community areas.
