This is our group’s first seed swap and we hope you can join us. We will meet at one of the picnic areas to the left of the entrance at Fletcher Park at Lake Bonny at 9 am. We will have some signs placed, but just look for the area with the crazy plant people. Please bring seeds only! This is not a plant swap and we don’t have accommodations for plants at this event. You can bring any type of SEED- Flowers, veggies, herbs, trees, houseplants, butterfly plants, native plants etc., but please no invasive seeds. I suggest making a list of the seeds you have to share with people and bring it with you, that way you can compare lists of items to trade! Label all your seeds with names and any other important information. We will have some extra seed envelopes and check our group posts for seed packs you can make at home.
This will be very informal and you will need to trade one-to-one. So you will have to get out there and meet your fellow plant people. This is a great time to make some new garden friends.
Also please bring any extra seeds you are willing to donate! Seed donations will be given to the Mulberry Public Library seed bank on behalf of our group! Please label with names on the outside of your containers.
